Full-Time | North Miami, FL
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Manager to join our team and help grow relationships with our customers across South Florida and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and Messenger
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes
- Support order processing and follow-up with customers
- Help identify opportunities to grow sales
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or able to commute to North Miami, FL
