Leal Glass Inc. offers a 3-year limited warranty on shower door glass and hardware under normal residential use and proper installation conditions.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damages or issues caused by:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect measurements
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidents or impact damage
- Improper maintenance or cleaning
- Normal wear and tear
- Uneven or non-leveled walls and installation surfaces
Any warranty claim must be reported promptly with proof of purchase and supporting photos of the issue.
Products that have been modified, improperly installed, or damaged after pickup or delivery are not covered under warranty.
